Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at royalpalmbeachepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Royal Palm Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with our website or engage us for services.

Description of Services

Royal Palm Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides residential and commercial concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, garage floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, concrete sealing, and related surface preparation and removal services. Services are performed in Royal Palm Beach, FL and surrounding communities.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that we determine are outside our scope of work, present safety concerns, or involve conditions that prevent us from delivering a satisfactory result.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site assessment of the project. Verbal estimates are not binding. A written estimate outlines the scope of work, materials to be used, number of coats or layers, and total price.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit - for example, if additional crack repair, moisture mitigation, or surface preparation is required that was not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate.

Any changes to the scope of work after a project begins will be documented and agreed to in writing before additional work proceeds. We will not perform additional work without your authorization.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone once you accept a written estimate. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would adversely affect material application or curing - particularly during South Florida's rainy season. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a reschedule is necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (728) 529-5072 or emailing projects@royalpalmbeachepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material preparation costs, as described in your written agreement.

You are responsible for clearing the work area before our crew arrives. This includes removing all vehicles, equipment, stored items, and furniture from the space to be coated. Failure to prepare the space may result in a delay fee or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate and project agreement. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer as indicated in your agreement.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. You agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if your account is referred for collection.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty coverage applicable to your project will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranty coverage is contingent on proper customer care and maintenance of the installed surface, including following the care instructions provided at project completion.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use, abuse, heavy impact, chemical exposure beyond normal use, or modifications made to the surface by the customer or a third party after installation. It also does not apply to conditions that existed before our work began that were not disclosed to us or were not visible during the site assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Palm Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or property damage beyond the direct scope of our work.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty Disclaimers

The information on our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results shown on our website are representative examples and may not reflect the outcome for every project, as results depend on the condition of the existing surface, environmental conditions, and other factors.

Dispute Resolution

We want the opportunity to make things right before any formal process begins.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Royal Palm Beach, FL, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
