Royal Palm Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2016 by a crew that had spent years watching South Florida homeowners get burned by contractors who skipped the prep work. In a climate where moisture pushes up through every concrete slab and the sun beats down year-round, getting the surface right before coating is everything - and too many companies were rushing past it.
Royal Palm Beach and the surrounding western Palm Beach County communities - Wellington, West Palm Beach, Greenacres, and a dozen others - are full of homes built between the 1980s and early 2000s on concrete slab foundations. Most of those slabs have never been properly sealed or coated. That is the work we built this company to do.
Since 2016, we have coated garage floors, commercial warehouses, pool decks, and everything in between.
